Investing in Australian Real Estate

Relieved property experts in Australia are optimistic about the forthcoming growth of the property market, after residential prices appear to have remained stable in the repercussions of the world wide economy crisis. Real estate prices seem to have seen the worst times behind them and are expected to fare better in the coming year. Experts across the country, are predicting capital increases of about 5 %.

Many other property experts forecast an even bigger increase, between seven and 8 %, in Brisbane alone and foresee investors, not investing in new builds but in houses that are in want of renovation. These properties will then be either sold on for a profit or rented to families or students.

Then again, some experts have gone against popular opinion, and urge that property developers should be wary. They are of the opinion that there are currently more than enough properties being built to meet the demand, and that could even lead to an overbuild if present building trends continue.

The best locations to invest in, are still, of course coastal areas, and real estate near transportation and schools, and fortunately these properties are still affordable to most investors, however many predict an increase of around 5 percent on these residential properties in the coming year.

An increase in foreign investors has also been seen, in both commercial real estate and properties which are connected with tourism. With the ever growing amount of visitors to Australia, foreign investors know there is a massive demand for both small apartments and larger holiday homes all year round, and an great rental income can be earned. One of the best locations is bellbird Park property and Real Estate in Bellbird Park where both commerical and residential properties are popular with both internationl and national investors.

With such an optimistic outlook on the coming year, the Australian real estate market seems one of the safest to invest in, as it forms a solid foundation for an upward growth trend that with any luck many other countries will follow.
